• AI Music Generation Services: Third-party AI services to generate music based on your prompts. Audio processing may occur on their servers.

• Audio files are stored in Firebase Cloud Storage with secure access controls
• We implement appropriate security measures, but no method of transmission is 100% secure
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

• Generated songs and playlists are retained until you delete them
• Transaction records are kept for legal and accounting purposes (typically 7 years)
• Log data and analytics are retained for up to 2 years
• You can request account deletion at any time (see Your Rights section)
