FLEER AI Music ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile and desktop application (the "App").

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App and our services
• Process your AI music generation requests
• Manage your account and subscription
• Process payments and credits
• Send you technical notices, updates, and support messages
• Respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests
• Analyze usage patterns and trends to improve user experience
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and fraudulent activity
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect information about you:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, cloud storage, and analytics.
• RevenueCat: In-app purchase management and subscription handling.
• Stripe: Payment processing for purchases on Android and desktop. Receives your email address and payment details.
• Algolia: Search functionality for songs, artists, and playlists.
• KIE (AI music generation): Receives your song prompts, lyrics, uploaded recordings and voice samples to create music and custom voices.
• DeepSeek, Google Gemini and Anthropic (AI song writing and taste analysis): Receive your song prompts and lyrics, and the songs and artists in libraries and playlists you import, to write songs and analyze your music taste.
• Runware (AI image generation): Receives artist and album names and descriptions to create cover art.

We only send data to these AI services after you allow it in the App, and only to provide the features you use. You can withdraw your permission at any time under Settings > Account > AI data sharing.

We require these service providers to protect your data with the same or equal protection as described in this Privacy Policy.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• With Your Consent: When you explicitly agree to share information
• Service Providers: With third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf
• Public Content: Songs and playlists you mark as "public" are visible to other users
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or other legal process
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
• Safety and Security: To protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others

5. Data Storage and Security

• Your data is stored on secure Firebase servers hosted by Google Cloud Platform
• We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
• Audio files are stored in Firebase Cloud Storage with secure access controls
• We implement appropriate security measures, but no method of transmission is 100% secure
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

6. Data Retention

• We retain your account information for as long as your account is active
• Songs you generate or upload are retained until you ask us to remove them, including after you delete your account (see Your Rights and Choices)
• Your custom voices and voice verification recordings are removed from your account when you delete it. Recordings you uploaded, including ones used to create a custom voice, are kept as tracks until you ask us to remove them. Custom voices held by our music generation provider are deleted on request by email
• Transaction records are kept for legal and accounting purposes (typically 7 years)
• Log data and analytics are retained for up to 2 years
• You can delete your account at any time (see Your Rights and Choices)

7. Your Rights and Choices

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Correction: Update or correct your account information
• Deletion: Delete your account in the App under Settings > Account > Delete Account, or by emailing support@fleer.ai. This removes your profile, library, playlists, preferences, listening history, custom voices and voice verification recordings. Songs you generated or uploaded are not removed automatically; to have them removed, or to have custom voices deleted from our music generation provider, email support@fleer.ai. Transaction records are kept as described in Data Retention.
• Portability: Export your generated songs and playlists
• Object: Object to certain processing of your data
• Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails (we send very few)

8. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will delete such information from our systems.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from your jurisdiction. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to our facilities and service providers globally.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• Right to know what personal information is collected, used, and shared
• Right to delete personal information
• Right to opt-out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell your data)
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

11. European Privacy Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the rights listed in Section 7, plus:

• Right to restriction of processing
• Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
• Right to withdraw consent at any time

Our legal basis for processing your data is primarily your consent and contract performance.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by:

• Posting the new Privacy Policy in the App
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending you an email notification (for significant changes)

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
